In Slovakia, she stands behind the spa and membership concepts of recognized ZION SPA in Grand Hotel River Park, a Luxury Collection Hotel; Grand Hotel Kempinski High Tatras; Sheraton Hotel Bratislava and Crowne Plaza Bratislava where she has established herself at the forefront of the spa industry, leading some of the most advanced facilities and treatment programs, including signature holistic treatments, award-winning spa design, and an acclaimed signature spa line.

Judith Ertler is an expert in Spa and Sales Management and a passionate networker, hosting workshops and trainings worldwide. As international spa consultant, she helps her clients of the spa industry to successfully implement projects and optimize their processes. She is university lecturer for Health and Spa Tourism in Europe, Asia and Latin America and also partner in the recruiting company Ertler Executive Search that relies on her valuable network of international key contacts.

In December 2023, her became the country manager of CIDESCO in Italy.

Over 20 years’ experience in health & spa industry in development & operational spa management.  As a Spa Director & project developer in Luxury Spa Hotels in Europe, he is also well known as a conference speaker, author, trainer and consultant. As a visionary in the industry, his aim is a holistic approach to support health based on the idea of salutogenesis. His Bio Balance concept is to support physical and emotional balance, which ensured lasting results & unexpected ease for those treated, as well as immediately measurable performance improvements in top-class sports. Winner of several international spa awards: Best Spa Manager Continent Europe 2016 – World Luxury Spa Awards, Global Director of the Year 2020 (HoW Awards), Spa Personality of the Year 2022 – Wellness Aphrodite and winner in the TOP TEN Energy Healing Awards 2022.

An accomplished professional with over 35 years’ experience in the international hotel industry, with the last 20 years exclusively focusing on pre-opening & 5-star hotel wellness concept development. As the industry evolved, she shifted her focus from spa consulting toward wellness strategy, emphasizing integrative medical wellness services that seamlessly incorporate innovative technologies alongside traditional practices & local heritage.  She is the founding owner of Richvalszki Spa Consulting & Spa Academy, established in 2008, where she is also a respected educator & international lecturer. Since 2005, she has been very interested in the science of Ayurveda & a dedicated follower of the Satyananda yoga tradition & lifestyle since 2010.  Her passion for wellness and healthy living led her to co-found Naya Lifestyle Clinic to supports clients in achieving a better quality of life.
